Kellner Green is a boutique, all-women practice led by Courtney Preston Kellner. We chose to focus on family law because it is the work where steady judgment and genuine care matter most — and where Louisville families deserve a firm that treats them like more than a case number.
The firm was founded by Courtney Preston Kellner and Abigail Green after years as staff attorneys with the Louisville Metro Public Defender — thousands of court appearances between them. That trial experience, earned in the highest-stakes rooms in the building, is what every client gets.
